Wine · Friendship · Discovery
In the company of fine wine.
A Swiss circle of friends, bound by a love of the vine — gathering to taste, to travel, and to celebrate the craft behind every bottle.
A cellar full of memories
Founded in friendship and fuelled by curiosity, LCV Suisse brings together friends from Switzerland and the Netherlands. We meet to open remarkable bottles, to learn, and to follow the wine wherever it leads — most recently, to the hills of Rioja.

Founded in 1979 in St. Gallen — around the table of Manfred Dahler — Les Compagnons du Vin Suisse has gathered almost every month for over four decades to taste wine blind, from the celebrated names to the quietly overlooked. No labels, no preconceptions: only the glass, the company, and our full attention on what is in the bottle and the hands that made it.

Tastings
Blind flights, the occasional vertical, and many a gentle debate — our tastings are equal parts ritual and revelry.

Journeys
Each year we travel to a great wine region, glass in hand. This June: Logroño and Haro, in the heart of Rioja.

Friendship
Wine is the excuse; friendship is the point. Countless evenings, one long shared table.

Greetings, dear Compagnons! The vines are flourishing, and so too, it seems, is the global conversation around our beloved beverage. Here at Les Compagnons du Vin Suisse, we've been busy cultivating our digital garden, with recent enhancements to our members' site including a new photo gallery for your contributions and improved wine rating functionality. Though no new events are yet on the horizon, we fondly recall our recent 2026 Cupani tasting and the fascinating 'Petite Arvine de Fully «Les Perches»' vertical from earlier this year. We trust you'll enjoy this curated selection of notable happenings from the wider wine world.
Joyful, professional, to-the-point pieces on wine — with our scores, open to all.
